Australian Shipping
Goodbye Wrinkles delivers throughout Australia using Australia Post.
Shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size and/or weight, and the shipping service selected.
Shipping Rates
Available Australia Post shipping options and the applicable postage cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Depending on your location and order, this may include Standard Parcel Post and Express Post.
Order Processing
Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
During major promotions, product launches, Christmas and other peak periods, processing may take a little longer than usual.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Express Post is Australia Post's fastest nationwide parcel delivery option.

For other destinations, Express Post generally takes approximately 1–3+ business days.
Order Tracking
All Australian orders sent through Australia Post include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Providing a mobile phone number with your order may also allow Australia Post to send delivery and tracking updates directly to your phone.
Please allow some time after receiving your dispatch notification for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.

If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent, except where the issue was caused by us.
Authority to Leave
Where Australia Post or another delivery provider offers an Authority to Leave option, their applicable delivery terms and conditions will apply.
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.
Delayed Parcels
Occasional delivery delays can occur.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your Australia Post tracking information first.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

International Shipping
Goodbye Wrinkles also ships to international destinations.
Available international shipping services, destinations and postage charges will be displayed at checkout where available.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service selected, customs processing and local postal networks.
As a general guide, Australia Post currently estimates:
International Express: approximately 3–6 business days between major metropolitan areas.
International Standard: approximately 5–10+ business days between major metropolitan areas.
Regional and rural international destinations may take longer. International delivery estimates are a guide only and may be affected by customs clearance or local delivery conditions.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

Change of Mind
Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns for products that have been opened, used or had their protective seal removed.
For unopened and unused products, Goodbye Wrinkles accepts eligible change-of-mind returns when:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused and unopened
- Any hygiene or tamper seal remains intact
- The product is in its original, saleable packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Please contact us before returning a product.
Unless required otherwise by law, customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
