We want you to shop with confidence at Goodbye Wrinkles.
This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, faulty products and order issues.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Due to the personal-use and hygiene nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns for products that have been opened, used or had their protective seal removed.
For unopened and unused products, Goodbye Wrinkles accepts eligible change-of-mind returns when:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product is unused and unopened
- Any hygiene or tamper seal remains intact
- The product is in its original, saleable packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Please contact us before returning a product.
Unless required otherwise by law, customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns and original shipping charges are not refundable.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
- Significantly different from its description
- Otherwise not compliant with an applicable consumer guarantee
please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Include your:
- Name
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Photographs where relevant
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, this may include a replacement, refund or other remedy.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
For a major failure, you are entitled to reject the goods and choose a refund or replacement, or keep the goods and seek compensation for any reduction in value.
For a failure that is not major, we are generally entitled to provide a remedy within a reasonable time.
Nothing in this policy limits these rights.
Skin Reactions & Product Suitability
Skincare products can interact differently with individual skin types.
A product not providing your preferred cosmetic result does not necessarily mean the product is faulty.
We recommend:
- Reading the complete ingredient list before use
- Following product directions
- Patch testing new skincare where appropriate
- Introducing active products gradually
- Discontinuing use if irritation occurs
If you experience a significant or persistent reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate medical advice.
Where you believe a reaction resulted from a product defect, contamination, incorrect labelling or another failure to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us so we can investigate.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
Sale & Promotional Products
Change-of-mind returns may be restricted for clearance or final-sale products where this is clearly disclosed before purchase.
However, sale and promotional products remain covered by applicable consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Process
Before sending a return, please contact:
Include your order number and reason for requesting the return.
If the return is approved or otherwise required under applicable law, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Please do not send products to an address found elsewhere without first contacting us.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Once processed by Goodbye Wrinkles, the time required for funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.
Incorrect Orders
If we have sent you an incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible.
Where the error is ours, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required.
