We know you're excited to receive your Goodbye Wrinkles products, so we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Australian Shipping
Goodbye Wrinkles delivers throughout Australia using Australia Post.
Shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size and/or weight, and the shipping service selected.
Shipping Rates
Available Australia Post shipping options and the applicable postage cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Depending on your location and order, this may include Standard Parcel Post and Express Post.
Order Processing
Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.
During major promotions, product launches, Christmas and other peak periods, processing may take a little longer than usual.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Estimated Australian Delivery Times
Current Australia Post delivery estimates are:
Standard Parcel Post
- Same state: approximately 2–4 business days
- Interstate: approximately 3–6 business days
- Australia-wide general estimate: approximately 2–6 business days
Express Post
- Same state: approximately 1–2+ business days
- Interstate: approximately 1–3+ business days
- Australia-wide general estimate: approximately 1–3+ business days
Delivery to some regional, rural and remote locations may take longer.
Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the business day after your parcel is lodged with Australia Post. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, peak delivery periods, network congestion or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Express Post
Express Post is Australia Post's fastest nationwide parcel delivery option.
Next-business-day delivery is only available between eligible postcodes within the Australia Post Express Post next-business-day network and is subject to Australia Post's conditions.
For other destinations, Express Post generally takes approximately 1–3+ business days.
Order Tracking
All Australian orders sent through Australia Post include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Providing a mobile phone number with your order may also allow Australia Post to send delivery and tracking updates directly to your phone.
Please allow some time after receiving your dispatch notification for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please carefully check your delivery address before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@goodbyewrinkles.com.au.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery.
If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be resent, except where the issue was caused by us.
Authority to Leave
Where Australia Post or another delivery provider offers an Authority to Leave option, their applicable delivery terms and conditions will apply.
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.
Delayed Parcels
Occasional delivery delays can occur.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your Australia Post tracking information first.
If you still require assistance, contact us and we will assist with reasonable enquiries with the delivery provider.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the parcel and damaged products where possible
If an item is faulty, damaged or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, any applicable remedy will be provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
International Shipping
Goodbye Wrinkles also ships to international destinations.
Available international shipping services, destinations and postage charges will be displayed at checkout where available.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service selected, customs processing and local postal networks.
As a general guide, Australia Post currently estimates:
International Express: approximately 3–6 business days between major metropolitan areas.
International Standard: approximately 5–10+ business days between major metropolitan areas.
Regional and rural international destinations may take longer. International delivery estimates are a guide only and may be affected by customs clearance or local delivery conditions.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not controlled by Goodbye Wrinkles.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided after you place your order.
